Vacancy: Factory Operative

We are looking to further expand our team at EYJ Fire Doors LTD. We hope to take on another member of staff as a full time factory operative to join our team in our glazing and framing departments. Semi-skilled Joiner/Labourer would be preferable.

Daily duties may include:

• Machining timber to prepare and assemble framing for our Fire Door Sets
• Glazing Doors to the specifications of our clients
• Fitting ironmongery to our doors in preparation for the doors to be hung in their frames and delivered to our clients
• Using our CNC Machinery to complete various jobs along the production line. (Full training will be given).

What we require:

• A hardworking, punctual and self-motivated individual
• Teamworking and Communication Skills are a must
• Ability to learn and adapt to various job roles/requirements.

Hourly rate to be dependent on experience. Some joinery experience is an advantage, however full training will be given.

Our company produces Fire Door Sets, Fire Doors and Fire Screens for the construction and modular industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract - 3 Month, Rolling Contract
